Getting frisky before breakfast

Without further ado, here is the answer. The best time of day to have sex is at 7:30 am, about 45 minutes after you wake up, according to new research. Energy levels are highest after a good night's sleep, which means both partners have more stamina. The rush of endorphins triggered by sex lowers blood pressure and stress levels and makes you feel more optimistic for the rest of the day.

These results come from a survey conducted by Forza Supplements, which asked 1,000 healthy, active people to report daily on the optimal times to engage in certain activities and how their body clocks responded. It was also found that the ideal time for a jog is just before 7 am.

Experts say that doing cardiovascular exercise on an empty stomach (i.e., before breakfast) results in a slight increase in the amount of fat burned. This is because blood sugar, insulin, and glycogen levels are lower than normal early in the morning.

What about the rest?

Exercise should be followed by administrative and tax tasks, which should be done at around 9:45 am, almost 3 hours after waking up. This is when concentration is at its highest. If you want to have a snack, the best times of day are at 1:15 pm and 8 pm. And what about a drink? Happy hour should start at no later than 6:15 pm!
