This is in any case what Julien Lavault, the president of FizzUp, asserts. The app surveyed 2,500 people between the ages of 20 and 59, and 4 out of 5 people feel more attractive just because they are staying active.

In addition, 3 out of 5 women claim to be more daring sexually because they are physically active, and that's not all since 71% of men surveyed feel they perform better in bed due to the same reason!
