Not only does this root have aphrodisiac powers, it is also good for your health. Ginger helps to open the bronchi and promotes the expulsion of mucous. It also has other very useful properties—it is an antibacterial, an antiseptic and an anti-inflammatory, which can be very effective to treat coughs.

Grapefruit

This fruit has, quite simply, antibacterial and antiseptic properties that are effective for cleaning the lungs.
