Aged 18, the young woman was decided to take up the challenge of only sleeping 4 hours a night for 3 consecutive nights. She then compared herself and her younger sister, Lucy, who slept nine hours a night. The results were night and day, as evidenced by the photos she shared online.

After 3 days of sleep deprivation, the young Brit wrote: "I woke up feeling terrible. I’m exhausted and, although I look a mess, I feel even worse.I can’t stop eating.I feel as though I need food to keep me going."
