In 2015, Ernesto Joshua Ramos tried to extort $200,000 (£162,000) from Dana White in exchange for a video showing the UFC president having sex with Ramos' girlfriend. Following this case, Ramos was sentenced to several months in prison.

Ernesto Joshua Ramos has now made another appearance, accusing Dana White of violating a payment agreement to the sum of $450,000 (£365,000), for which Ramos has decided to press charges.

White spoke out about this new case in his distinctive style, saying that no money would be coming out of his pocket and that the case would be closed very quickly:

I just found out that a bulls— lawsuit was filed against me yesterday. This guy went to federal prison for trying to extort me over five years ago. Now he’s hired a lawyer who is also a convicted felon, and he’s trying to extort me again for $10 million. He got no money from me last time and he won’t be getting any money from me this time. I look forward to the court dismissing this quickly so I can get rid of these scumbags forever.
