As always Jeff Cavaliere has got a new trick for us to help us build muscle mass. Its scientific name is called Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF).
This technique essentially works by stretching muscles in order to maximise flexibility. This combined with diagonal training, like the one shown in our video; PNF can significantly help build your chest muscles. Especially seeing as this exercise also requires you to use other muscles and is perfect for building your shoulder profile.
