Over recent months, the thirst of Netflix account holders has certainly been quenched thanks the continuous drop of numerous successful series, films and documentaries.
Among the catalogue of exceptional TV content, has been the release of another season of ‘The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’, ‘One Planet’ voiced by the beloved David Attenborough and the undeniably addictive true crime series including ‘Abducted In Plain Sight’, ‘The Ted Bundy Tapes’ and ‘The Disappearance of Madeleine McCann’.
If all this wasn’t enough, the world’s leading online entertainment subscription service have much more up their sleeves as they are currently working alongside the Obamas, curating another element to the platform.
The Obamas have revealed that they have a whole range of new material designed to satisfy every possible viewer from the history buff, to the ‘curious kids’.
Michelle Obama highlighted the overruling purpose of their project, explaining in a recent article:
"We think there’s something here for everyone—moms and dads, curious kids, and anyone simply looking for an engaging, uplifting watch at the end of a busy day. We can’t wait to see these projects come to life — and the conversations they’ll generate."
Many of the upcoming projects are set to touch on a variety of relevant topics such as race and class issues, democracy and civil rights with the premise that these shows will have much more benefits than solely their entertainment value.
