Working on your back muscles is still one of the most complicated challenges in the weights room at the gym. But as you can see in our video, there is a simple positioning trick which can allow you to work on them more thoroughly.
For this exercise, all you will need is a weight lifting bench and a dumbbell. If you copy the movement exactly as dictated by this coach, you should see results quickly. But be careful, there are two mistakes you should watch out for.
First, make sure to put all the effort into your back and not your biceps. If you feel like you’re working your biceps too much, try to squeeze the dumbbell a little tighter with your hand. Next, make sure you have very short breaks between sets. The best time to recover is less than 60 seconds between each set.
