A terrible fright

The shock was all the greater when Pepe suddenly disappeared in January. Ronaldo's partner Georgina Rodriguez spoke to the Spanish magazine Instyle about this terrible time:

Pepe gave us a terrible fright. He ran away from home and was run over. He was on the verge of death.

The visibly moved Georgina continues relating the travails of Pepe:

After a month and a half in intensive care with a vet, we decided that my sister Ivana should take care of him.

In a private jet to Spain

As a result of the footballer couple's wise decision, Georgina's sister Ivana then boarded a private jet to Spain to escort the cat to the place of his best rehabilitation.

Georgina expresses all the relief and confidence of the family:

Pepe is now recovering in Spain.

The Spanish radio station Cadena COPE had fun calculating the travel costs of the hairless cat and came up with the obscene sum of 3000 euros. And that doesn't include the return journey. After his recovery, Pepe has to take that jet back to Turin, because Ronaldo and his family are waiting for him impatiently.
