21 years of McFlurries

Today marks the 21st year that the legendary McFlurry has been on their menu, and to celebrate the occasion they’re dishing out the dessert to every customer who enters this specific branch. Even if you’re not in the area, a free McFlurry is always worth the trip!

The offer is available to everyone who visits the branch between 11 am and 6:30pm every day until Sunday (22 August), and it applies to regular sized McFlurries—which usually cost you £1.49. For now, the chain hasn’t disclosed which flavours will be up for offer.

How to get your free dessert

You just need to show up at the location and you’ll be handed your complimentary McFlurry by a staff member.

For those of you who are nowhere near the branch, The Sun has revealed this trick to get your own ice cream free-of-charge. Cashback website TopCashback is offering new members a deal in which they can get £5 back at Just Eat if they spend more than £10 on an order. That means if you’re ordering from McDonald’s, you can buy five mini McFlurries, as they’re only 99p.

To get your £5, just sign up on the TopCashback website, go straight to the takeaway section and scroll until you see the Just Eat offer. When you click on ‘Get cashback now’, you’ll be directed to the Just Eat website. Then you can place your order as usual and claim your prize!
