Fat around your chest can be a nightmare for some people, especially for people who are overweight. However, these two supersets could be the answer you’re looking for.
Some men find it difficult to lose weight around their chest, others suffer quite badly from gynecomastia, in other words, man boobs. This is due to a hormonal gland or a health problem such as being overweight because of a poor diet.
But there is a solution to every problem and doing more exercise is always a good place to start. So, if you want to lose this excess weight, it wouldn’t hurt to try the two supersets below.
- Chest-supported dumbbell rows
- Goblet box squats
- Dumbbell push-ups. Use the ‘one and a half reps’ method
- Skier swings
Do these exercises for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds before moving on to the next. In total, do 4 rounds of Superset 1, then take two minutes break and repeat for Superset 2.
