What's in store for 2022 according to Baba Vanga?

As if the last two years haven't been rough enough as it is, 2022 is not looking too good on the authority of Baba whose real name is Vangelia Gushterova. The Bulgarian seer became blind at the age of 12 and has since claimed her clairvoyant abilities were a direct gift from God, which has now allowed her to predict the following for 2022:

Virtual reality takeover: The new year will be seeing people further diving into the virtual by spending more time in font of screens. This one isn't very heard to believe...

Another pandemic is looming: Move over coronavirus; a frozen virus from Siberia will come about as a result of climate change.

Many cities to be hit by a water shortage: Perhaps another consequence of climate change, potable water might soon become a thing of the past.

Aliens will invade the planet: Apparently, extraterrestrial life will be sending out an asteroid into Earth to explore our planet.

Deadly famine in India: Temperatures are expected to reach the 50 degree mark which will cause locusts to attack crops.

Earthquakes and tsunamis in Australia and Asia: Catastrophic natural disasters are set to take the lives of thousands in this part of the world.

What are some other predictions she has made in the years to come?

Though Baba Vanga died in 1996, she made some pretty radical predictions for the future. She believed that Earth's orbit will be changing in 2023, astronauts will land in Venus in 2028 and that the universe will come to an end in 5079.

On more positive notes, she has also said that by 2046, humans will be able to live past 100 years due to technological advancements in organ transplant.
