On January 22, the young woman visited her favorite tattoo parlor in New York, Bang Bang NYC, with her younger sister, Noah Cyrus. To mark the occasion, the pop star posted a photo of herself, getting a tattoo on her left forearm, on her Instagram account.
But the sneaky singer also got another tattoo. She didn't reveal that one right away. Which left her followers in suspense.
