This Man Went From Flab To Ab By Making 3 Simple Lifestyle Changes

Carl Parnell ate a lot when he was younger, to such an extent that his parents gave him anything.

Although he played football, this man was always a ‘chubby kid’, even during his teen years. And he didn’t know what to do about it.

But in 2012, something just clicked in him. For two years, he followed diet programs and workoutsthat didn’t work. It was always the same story. He would lose a bit of weight, then put it straight back on. A situation that unfortunately we all know too well!

After struggling to find a routine that worked for him, Parnell decided to get back to basics. He signed up to an online nutrition course and that’s when things really started to change.

I have to bring this today as something I read annoyed me: I was fat, overweight, big and I reduced the weight and got healthier NOT by taking a wonder pill, starving myself, eating at a certain time, eating few meals, eating lots of meals or doing a new exciting exercise. I did it by keeping consistent in my food intake, lowering my calories to under my daily allowance and moving more. Plus educating myself of how your/my body actually works! It's not easy to lose a lot of weight but it's rewarding with the health results. DONT waste your money on things that you will not need. Work your daily calorie allowance and cut it by say 2-500kcal per day and move more. There you go it's as simple as that. Carl now works for himself as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Helping people to feel the way he now feels after he was able to get into the best shape of his life.
