Surveillance Footage Captures Old Man Firing Shotgun At Lost Teenage Boy

A court case in currently underway after home surveillance camera caught Jeffrey Zeigler, 53, firing a shotgun at a teenager - Brennan Walker, 14. The boy had reportedly knocked at Zeigler's door looking for directions after missing his bus to go to school. The man responded back by grabbing his rifle and firing at the young black boy who he had sent running.

Zeigler is claiming that he grabbed his shotgun as he feared someone was breaking into his home, and the shotgun discharged as a result of him tripping.

Police said the man initially had the safety on his weapon and when he was unsuccessful in firing the first shot, he removed the safety and reaimed the gun.
