Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal respond to Tom Holland's seemingly impossible challenge

To make the current quarantine situation a little less monotonous, Tom Holland has dared two of his
co-stars from the MCU
, Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal, to take on this fitness challenge.

Since the world is currently under quarantine for an undetermined amount of time, things can sometimes get quite complicated and you have to find new and different ways to have fun with your friends, even from a distance. As a result, some rather absurd challenges have been popping up and going viral on social media networks.

Tom Holland challenges the MCU

Most recently, Tom Holland, aka our favourite Spiderman, has been up to some new tricks. Although we are still waiting for the upcoming instalment of his adventures as Peter Parker in Spiderman 3, he is currently being confined to his home just like everyone else. But it seems he has found a way to keep himself busy, and recently challenged his two co-stars from the MCU to take on this new fitness challenge.

Deadpool and Mysterio respond

Tom Holland sent this challenge out to Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal on social media. Their mission, should they choose to accept it? Do a handstand against a wall and put on a T-shirt with their legs in the air. And obviously, Tom led by example.

This challenge proves once again that Tom is by no way inferior to Spiderman and it didn’t take long for his two co-stars to react and respond on social media. In keeping with his Deadpool character who is known for never wanting to put in much effort, Ryan Reynolds responded with a 15-second video of unbearable suspense, concluded by one ominous word: ‘No’. Poor effort, Ryan…

Then it was Jake Gyllenhaal’s turn to respond to the challenge, who did so by actually participating in the challenge, before then it to his sister, Maggie.

A nice lesson about social ties and social bonds while under quarantine and even a good idea for you to try out if you’re trying to stay in shape at home. But be careful. If you try this challenge for yourself, make sure to get someone to help you out if you need it.
