Are you wondering what you could do with the ashes of your deceased partner? Mark Sturkenboom might have the solution for you. This designer has come up with what is known as ’21 Grams’ a 2-in-1 dildo which can also be used as a funeral urn.

A novelty dildo-come-funeral urn

’21 Grams is a memory box that allows a widow to go back to the intimate memories of a lost beloved one,’ he explained on his website when the product was released.

The object comes in a wooden box that opens with a key that you can also carry with you on a necklace.

It is also possible to incorporate his cologne into the box and play music through built-in speakers.

‘By bringing different nostalgic moments together like the scent of his cologne, their special music, reviving the moment he gave her her first ring, opens a window to go back to precious moments of love and intimacy,’ declared Mark Sturkenboom.

An expensive object

This sex toy costs 8850 euros (around £7,500) and will be delivered within 3 months.

‘The piece takes 16 weeks to complete as it is extensive hard work. From cutting and sanding the wooden box in shape to machining the 18kt gold-plated components and blowing the glass pieces, everything is done by hand,’ explains the creator on his website.

Bad news for some though, this product isn’t available in some countries where it is forbidden to keep the ashes of a loved one in your home.
