Notre-Dame: These Artists Have Paid Tribute Magnificently Through Sublime Artwork

Many artists have shown their pain through sublime drawings paying homage to the cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris.

The fire at Notre-Dame which occurred this 15th April broke many artists’ hearts, and they have rushed to illustrate their pain through beautiful creations.

Quasimodo in the spotlight

As you can see in our video at the top of the article, several artists drew Quasimodo, the character created by Victor Hugo, crying over the historic monument. They have taken up the Disney character’s traits, the film of which was released in 1996. Others have submitted the gargoyles of Notre Dame, while some have drawn the idea that tears could extinguish the flames.

These drawings quickly became viral on social networks, whether that was on Twitter or Instagram. To see the creations, we invite you to watch the video above.
