It’s not been a great start for I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! 2021. After Richard Madeley was forced to make a swift exit due to illness, the whole camp has since had to evacuate due to damage to the set from Storm Arwen. On Friday night, a pre-recorded episode was shown and Saturday and Sunday’s episodes were replaced with highlights shows from previous series. So when will I’m A Celeb be back?

When will I’m A Celeb be back?

On Sunday night, Ant and Dec took to Instagram to deliver an update on the series’ fate. Dec said:

The site was quite badly damaged during the storm and they are in there working round the clock to try and get it back up and running and back up to speed so we can get back on air as quick as humanly possible. But we don't know when that's going to be just yet.

ITV previously confirmed on Saturday that there would be no new episodes of I’m A Celeb on Saturday or Sunday. With no further updates since and the celebs still outside the castle, it seems unlikely that the show will be back tonight (Monday 29 November). This is the first time in the show’s history that it has been forced to stop airing mid-series.

Where are the campmates?

After the campmates were evacuated on Saturday night, they were taken back to separate isolation locations that they stayed in prior to entering the castle. This is to ensure that they maintain the Covid bubble ahead of hopefully re-entering the camp soon.
