I'm A Celebis possibly the biggest show of the year and big names from all over flood ITV's application box to score a spot on their month-long challenge.

So far several well-known celebs have been announced and all are hoping to succeed Jacqueline Jossa as king or queen of the jungle, such asManchester United's Eric Cantona as well as Beverley Callard who has decided to swap her Coronation Street role for a more rugged change.

John Barnes will also be starring in this years season. The retired footballer once played for Liverpool and Newcastle and was actually supposed to be onI'm a Celeb 2019.However, he never ended up making into the Jungle. This isn't the first time the legend has been on television, Barnes has also starred on Strictly Come Dancing as well as Family Fortunes:

I've done a few shows – I've been on Family Fortunes and The Brightest Family. I did Strictly Come Dancing 10 years ago, but Dancing on Ice with my age and the injuries I've had, I don’t think so. The Jungle would be good!

Lucy Fallon is also destined for the jungle. Since she parted ways with her role as Bethany Platt on Coronation Street, TV bosses have been scrambling to get her onto reality television. A source told the Sun:

Lucy is bubbly, funny, down-to-earth and game for a challenge, so she is a great fit for I’m A Celebrity. She had conversations last year about taking part but said, 'Thanks, but no thanks.' This year, she told them she feels the timing is right.
