If you were hoping to see Tiger King’s Carole Baskin heading to Gwrych Castle for I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! 2021, it sounds like you might just be out of luck. In an interview with The Mirror, the activist said she had no idea where the rumours came from as she was never even asked to appear on the show.
There was an awful lot of chat about people saying I was going to be on a UK show called I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, but I strive towards veganism and so there’s like no vegetable that they’re gonna ask me to eat that’s so gross that it’s gonna make people tune in.
Of course, I’m A Celeb has accommodated vegetarians and vegans before. Last series, Coronation Street actress Beverley Callard was given unappetizing plant-based dishes for her eating trial—which included fermented plums, vomit fruit and fermented tofu—which fellow camp mate Vernon Kay confirmed smelt revolting.
Carole Baskin reality TV
Last year, Carole appeared on Dancing with the Stars—the US version of Strictly. Having been booted out in week 3, Carole doesn’t seem too keen to go on any other dancing reality shows, meaning Strictly and Dancing On Ice are pretty much off the table too.
Will Carole Baskin be in Tiger King series 2?
She also confirmed that she won’t be taking part in the recently-announced Tiger King series 2. She revealed that she has not given permission for any footage of herself to appear in the upcoming series after she was left disappointed by the first series, which didn’t live up to her expectations as a documentary.
