This video takes us on an amazing journey to the heart of one of the most unknown places on the planet.
The Norwegian photographer and director Terje Sorgjerd spent many weeks in the Lofoten island archipelago, a territory belonging to Norway which is located north of the Arctic circle, to capture the fantastic landscapes that the Arctic has to offer. And the result is an incredible time-lapse video that allows us to see the region at its most beautiful.
Landscapes that will take your breath away
Expanses of water, snow-covered mountains, spinning clouds, sun rises and sun sets, hills but also beaches and much more… Check out this video that lasts over three minutes to see how the brightness changes in this absolutely sublime region where nature is completely untouched!
A desire to escape
This footage is both soothing and magnificent and takes you far away from reality, giving you a way to escape and heal. The video will really make you want to buy a plane ticket to quickly get away to Norway so you can see it with your own eyes. All you would have to do is gear up and prepare to deal with this region’s cold and sometimes extreme conditions, even during summer…
