A team questioned 396 Italians aged 18 to 50. Among this large group, 287 of them declared playing several hours of video games per week. And as it turns out, gamers are far from being the worst lovers in bed!

Gamers are far from being the worst in bed

According to this new study, those who tend to game a lot would be the least affected by premature ejaculation problems. The researchers of the study said:

We can assume a relationship between less interest in sexual activities in men who mainly use video games and positive psychological effects on ejaculatory control.

In other words, playing video games would alter the brain's reward system. Being less focused on sex would also make gamers more likely to be passionate and generous lovers between the sheets.

Playing video games would make you more efficient in bed

That said, this study should be taken with a grain of salt. Like any study of this kind. Not all types of games are created equal; each game has its own particularity. For example, a player of puzzle games may be more patient in bed. While a Call Of Duty player will show more tactics and perseverance.

In any case, gaming has many health benefits, despite what some might say about gamers. The way one performs in video games has also been shown to have a positive impact on how efficient one can be at work or while performing other day-to-day tasks.
