Rumours have been circulating for a hot minute, but it’s finally official! The Samsung Galaxy S9 will be unveiled at the next Mobile World Conference in Barcelona on February 26th. The big news that everyone is expecting from their presentation is the phone’s release date, which is highly speculated to be a short week or so after in the beginning on March.

We’re still waiting the much anticipated technical specs of the flagship phone. The expected processor is Soc Exynos 9810 with a humble 4 GB of RAM. For the photo enthusiasts, a new integrated camera should be featured that boasts high quality in low light situations. The fingerprint scanner will be found on the back of the phone, just like with its predecessor the S8.

Apart from those tidbits of information, the phone remains largely a secret. We’re expecting big things from Samsung, especially to rival Apple’s release of the iPhone X.
