After interviewing 171 women about their sleep habits over a 14-day period, the experts assessed the length and quality of sleep the participants had on a single night. The next step was to investigate the level of sexual desire experienced by these same women the following day. The researchers' result is clear: for each additional hour of sleep, a woman's libido can increase by 14%. Moreover, these same women had more pleasure during sex than those who slept less.
