Currently in preparation to take on Khabib Nurmagomedov in the main event of UFC 249, the man nicknamed ‘El Cucuy’ shared a new training montage on Instagram. In the video, he can be seen wearing jeans and doing what he does best, which is basically a new bizarre training technique (see above).
Despite his atypical methods, Tony Ferguson is one of the best fighters in the UFC, and many see him as the only one who is able to compete with Khabib. The two men will enter the octagon on April 18th to compete for the lightweight title.
Sean O’Malley’s parody
Sean O'Malley also made an appearance on social networks during his last training session. Taking up Tony Ferguson's basics, the bantamweight fighter made a hilarious parody, which would make Tony Ferguson himself proud. So far, Ferguson hasn't reacted to The Sugar Show's video!
Back in action after a two-year absence, Sean O'Malley quickly dispatched José Alberto Quiñónez in the first round by TKO at UFC 248. A performance that was a kind of rebirth for him, and confirmed his status as a future contender.
