It was Muay Thai fighter Jonny Betts who revealed the image on his Facebook page. In Thailand, at the Patong Stadium, a French fighter named Jeremy suffered a terrible blow to the skull. Struck by a devastating elbow from his opponent, he was forced to leave the fight.
