A UFC fighter forced to bust out his talents at a Las Vegas café to take down a man who’d had a few too who’d had a few too many. First round humiliation.
The incident took place the night before Serra was slated to be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame alongside Ronda Rousey and UFC executives Bruce Connal and Art Davie, Forbes reports. Before that, he passed the final test to certify once again that he deserves his place among the greatest.
When one drunk guy got a little too rowdy in the restaurant Serra was also seated in, the former UFC champion gets involved. Serra can be seen sitting on top of the diner and holding him down as he thrashes on the floor.
Matt Serra fought his final bout in the UFC back in 2010 at UFC 119 against Chris Lytle, which he lost via unanimous decision. After fighting in the UFC for over 9 years and holding a career long record of 11-7, he ultimately decided the retire in 2013. He holds the honour of being one of only two men to ever defeat Georges St-Pierre.
He may be retired, but the man can still fight!
