This weekend, Dana White revealed some news about Francis Ngannou’s future at the UFC’s first event in France in 2020. According to him, it seems only logical for ‘The Predator’ to take part in the evening’s main event. As for news about his opponent, Dana didn’t want to spill the beans. The second bit of good news, Ciryl Gane will also be joining the event. The ‘Bon Gamin’ is also already expected to be part of the future of the UFC Paris.

‘Journalist: We talked to Francis Ngannou recently. He said he’d be down to fight Jon Jones. He’s waiting for you to tell him who the next fight’s gonna be. What’s the plan with Francis Ngannou?

Dana White: Yeah, exciting year for Francis too, because of not only big fights for him, and potential title fight, but France. We finally got France done. We’ve been working hard for a long time to get that place open for MMA, and we’ll do a fight there that, obviously, Francis will probably headline. And I don’t know if you watched the fight last week from Singapore, but the kid [Cyril] Gane, a big badass heavyweight from France.

Journalist: Is that who you’re looking to target for Ngannou?

Dana White: No, no. But, they’ll both fight on that card.’

All we can do now is wait for these two heavyweight fights that will take place during Paris’ first UFC event which hopefully more information will be announced about very soon.
