Floyd ‘Money' Mayweather has definitely earned his nickname as he takes to Instagram to boast the 'Best Ever' presented his new house, accompanied by a simple yet effective message, ‘this is my new home, I am truly blessed.’ The veteran boxer remains one of the topics of discussion of media and fans of combat sports on a daily basis, certainly something which he himself doesn't hesitate in promoting.

When it's not a house or a private jet, Floyd Mayweather teases his arrival in MMA or a superfight against UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. ‘Money’ is living the good life, and has caused more than one person to drool over it. Already last year he had taken possession of a house in Los Angeles for the modest sum of £20 million.

As his property profile is enriched, Mayweather's new exquisite home is made up of 15,096-square-foot with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a large theatre as well as a guest house. Inspired by Spanish colonial architecture, the courtyard alone sporting a stunning picturesque view as well as its very own fountain. Not bad, ey?

It's no wonder the boxing legend bagged himself a new pad after he'd received a staggering 100 million dollars from last year's comeback fight with Connor McGregor, which he admits wasn't his easiest:

"It didn't matter if Canelo ate his PED steak or not this night, this was by far the easiest fight of my career," Mayweather explains.

"Connor McQuitter was a way better fighter than Canelo's cheating ass and I beat the brakes off him too! It takes me 36 mins or less to make 300 million dollars plus."

The professional boxer doesn't fail to highlight his career brilliance as well as comfortable financial success. And it won't be the last of him in the ring, as he prepares to take on Manny Pacquiao later on this May:

"McGregor was talking that s***, so it ain't over."
