We’re loved I’m A Celeb so far this year – and whilst it seems like some of the celebs had a great time too, it’s no secret that the big fat paycheck is a large part of their motivation to go on the show. Whilst some of them will likely benefit from a big career boost from appearing on the country’s most-watched reality series, others aren’t really in need of the publicity.

That’s why it’s no surprise that Caitlyn Jenner, arguably this year’s biggest star even though she only stayed 21 days in the jungle, Kylie Jenner's dad has been able to command a whopping fee of £500,000. Ant and Dec even joked about the ex-Olympian and American reality star’s big paycheck on the opening show, saying: ‘Most people come into the jungle to lose a few pounds, but she’s going to be gaining 500,000 of them according to the papers.’

Meanwhile, X Factor’s Rak-Su singer and ex-boyfriend of Love Island’s Gabby Allen, Myles Stephenso, who only shot to fame in the last couple of years, is reported to be the lowest-paid star this year as he’s apparently being paid £25,000 for his whole appearance – the same amount that Caitlyn will be earning each day, but the drama and feud with Dan Osborne sure put a light on him this season.

After Caitlyn, football star Ian Wright is believed to be picking up the next-highest paycheck for this year’s series as he’ll reportedly be taking home £400,000 for his time in the jungle. Coming in as the third-highest-paid star is Girls Aloud’s Nadine Coyle, who is thought to be earning £250,000 for her stint on the show.

However, the amount each celeb is paid has no impact on how likely they are to win the show. Last year, Harry Redknapp, one of the show’s highest-paid contestants, took the King of the Jungle crown, but the year before it was Made In Chelsea’s Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo who was crowned queen despite a reported paycheck of just £13,000.
