Seems impossible, right? However, after keeping up a diet of daily pizzas fromDomino’s for over a year, the Lord of Pizza claims to have not gained a single pound. In fact, according to his Instagram, he’s in even better shape.
Northrup claims that in spite of his diet, he was actually able to lose weight. His secret: a balanced diet which consisted of fruits and vegetable in addition to pizza, as well as regular exercise at the gym. Just how often? He says 3-4 times a week.
One year after embarking on his pizza journey, Brian is sporting a six-pack in addition to being nearly 6 lbs lighter. Even though it may have worked for him, we’re going to go ahead and suggest that you skip the daily pizza if you want to obtain the same end result.
