Now that many restrictions have been lifted in the UK, Burger King has been going all out on social media to bring back their customers.
Getting back to Burger King
They launched an online campaign called ‘Getting Back to Burger King’ with a series of comedic videos that showed the customers how to ‘re-enter the world of Burger King’ and some of the videos also gave tips on how to navigate socialsituations inside their premises after the pandemic. The series includes videos on how to eat a burger in public, how to stand in a queue, how to plan an outfit for a date at the outlet, and how to organise a meeting with mates.
To conclude their customer ‘training,’ the last video announced that 23 June will be officially known as Whopper Day. And to celebrate, they were giving out free Whoppers to all their customers. They announced on Instagram:
You’ve come to the end of your training, so it’s time to put everything you’ve learnt into practice by coming in for Whopper Day and having a free Whopper!
Come celebrate Whopper Day on Wednesday 23rd June and pick up a free Whopper with the app! T&Cs apply. Please follow all Covid regulations and ensure a mask is worn.
