At just 11 years old, Richard Sandrak held the title of world's strongest boy. Even as early as 6 years old, Little Hercules boasted the kind of physique that would put many grown men to shame. Not just a bodybuilder, the young boy became an international phenomenon due to his martial arts skills and his appearances on television and in films.

Everything comes at a price

But the young boy paid a price for the impressive physique he built. Richard says that he spent all of his days training and that he wasn't allowed the time to go out and play with his friends. As a child, he was never allowed to eat sweets or any unhealthy foods, even claiming that his father ate pizza in front of him while he was obligated to eat just lettuce. Despite all that, Sandrak never claims his bodybuilding phase as a child was completely his decision:

My parents used to train all the time and I wanted to join in. It was mostly my choice. It's just what I grew up doing. I was never forced. It was never an issue.

A changed man

When looking at photos of Richard Sandrak these days, you wouldn't think that this is the same person that people referred to as Little Hercules years ago. Richard still looks like he's in well enough shape, but is far from the shredded kid he was before.

While he has since abandoned bodybuilding, he's got his sights set on a much different goal: aerospace research. His dream? To one day work for NASA.

Check out the video above to see his transformation from the muscle-bound boy he was back in the 90s to who he is today!
