Gideon Akande, fitness coach, has shown three unusual core strength exercises to develop concrete abs and try something new at the same time.

Core strength training does not necessarily have to be static. Therefore, it does not have to be boring either. Gideon Akande wanted to break the codes and preconceived ideas on this subject by showing off three exercises on his Instagram account. Some good ideas for those who have gotten annoyed with this type of training.

On the programme? Leg-raises over a bench, balance boards and a series of push-ups. Doing this is enough to have an upper body that is solid throughout and, above all, it will also improve your balance. A sequence of these three exercises can be done as a complete session or simply as a finisher. The choice is yours.
