But spotting anyone like this gentleman is a fairly rare occurrence. Our hero of the day still hangs out in the weight room at the age of... 89!
And our veteran clearly doesn't come to play. In a room full of young people who are much more built than he is, he performs two repetitions of a 184-kilogram deadlift! An absolutely monumental performancefor his age, which proves that bodybuilding keeps you young!
