DON'T SKIP LEG DAY! A wise piece of advice any aspiring bodybuilder should take. It's all well and good having huge arms, a wide chest and sculpted abs but if you don't work your legs to the same intensity, you're just going to look... well... ridiculous. In the same way you wouldn't leave the house without trousers, you simply cannot afford to neglect working your legs. As you can see, by doing so can have catastrophic consequences.
