The Lord of the Rings actors reunited once again

Did you think the Fellowship was broken, and that you would never see its members together again? You were wrong! Actor Josh Gad decided to make the dream of many fans come true by bringing together the iconic The Lord of the Rings actors in his Reunited Apart video series. To whet our appetites for this historic event, he released a few-minute long teaser featuring the Hobbits, Legolas, and even Gandalf.

Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Dominic Monaghan, Billy Boyd, Orlando Bloom, and Ian McKellen all appeared. And if, like us, you got a chill when you heard him say ‘All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us,’ you haven't seen anything yet.

The cast reunited on YouTube on May 31st

If that wasn't enough, the full video was released on May 31st, featuring many other iconic actors from The Lord of the Rings. Dominic Monaghan, who played Merry, posted a photo on his Twitter account teasing the reunion.

Fans won't be disappointed, as, in addition to the names already mentioned, eight other big names appeared in this video. Thus, Viggo Mortensen (Aragorn), Sean Bean (Boromir), Andy Serkis (Gollum), Karl Urban (Eomer), Miranda Otto (Eowyn), John Rhys-Davies (Gimli), Liv Tyler (Arwen), as well as director Peter Jackson were all in attendance.
