The Suicide Squad is a large project. With James Gunn deciding to reboot the film, it looks like fans may have to say goodbye to Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn and Jared Leto as the Joker.

Another actor leaves Suicide Squad

Unfortunately, another actor will no longer be in the movie. Will Smith who will no longer be donning his Deadshot costume. Due to scheduling concerns - probably for the Aladdin movie -, the actor has been forced to leave the role - and rumour has it a huge British star is being lined up to take over.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, James Gunn will draw inspiration from the original version of the Suicide Squad comic, released in 1987 and created by John Ostrander - a very different vision to the wicked team we saw back in 2016. We hope that Gunn can breathe new life into and freshen up the Suicide Squad.
