Is it possible to lose weight while maintaining a steady diet of fast food? After looking at the results of this one lad who ate pizza every day for over a year, it seems to have worked like a charm.
Self proclaimed “Lord of Pizza” American Brian Northrup set out on a challenge to not only lose weight but sculpt a cut physique while consistently eating fast food pizza.
Seems impossible, right? However, after keeping up a diet of daily pizzas from Domino’s for over a year, the Lord of Pizza claims to have not gained a single pound. In fact, according to his Instagram he’s in even better shape.
Northrup claims that in spite of his diet, he was actually able to lose weight. His secret: a balanced diet which consisted of fruits and vegetable in addition to pizza, as well as regular exercise at the gym. Just how often? He says 3-4 times a week.
One year after embarking on his pizza journey, Brian is sporting a six pack in addition to being nearly 6 lbs lighter. Even though it may have worked for him, we’re going to go ahead and suggest that you skip the daily pizza if you want to obtain the same end result.
