Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch Is Now On The Market For Just £23.5 Million

AFP reports that Michael Jackson's famous ranch is on sale for a bargain price.

The property is huge: 3.8 square miles, 22 buildings, a lake and a tennis court. The valuation of the site was estimated at more than £75 million. However, the ranch is on sale for less than one-third of its value, about £23.5 million.

An infamous place

Michael Jackson had bought the place for £14.8 million. He made it his residence for more than 15 years, and built a private amusement park there. But the place is infamous because of the pedophile scandals that the king of pop was accused of. In 2003, Neverland was even raided and resold. Renovated and then put up for sale for £75 million, the house has struggled to sell.

Since, the place has been invaded by drought. On Saturday, March 3rd and Sunday, March 4th, 2019 a documentary was broadcast on HBO that highlights the accusations of pedophilia against the star. The title of the documentary is fitting: ‘Leaving Neverland.’

All this makes it difficult to sell the infamous ranch, which is why it’s now being sold for a bargain price.
