Tricks and tips:
1) Chocolate is a problem in this level. Make the most of your moves to destroy as much as possible, if not you will lower your chances of reaching your objective.
2) It is best to make Vertical Striped Candies. Mixing them with Colour Bombs will help you clear away all of the Chocolate.
3) Nevertheless, try all the same to make Wrapped Candies because this is one of the hardest objectives of the level.
