'In Over His Head': Michelle Addresses Trump in Rare Public Attack

During the keynote speech of the Democratic National Committee's first night, Michelle Obama had some choice words for current POTUS Donald Trump and urged the people to listen to her plea.

The Obamas certainly haven't fallen out of the public eye since leaving the White House back in 2016. While they've remained vocal in the media about current American affairs, they've refrained from attacking current President of the United States Donald Trump. During the DNC this week, Michelle Obama made an exception and pleaded to the American people to make the right choice this year.

'The wrong president for our country'

Michelle Obama didn't pull any punches when addressing the current POTUS, calling into question his credentials and his current term in office. In the beginning of her speech, she even capped off what could be considered the thesis of the speech with a reference to a famous Trump quote:

He has had more than enough time to prove that he can do the job but he is clearly in over his head. He simply cannot be who we need him to be for us. It is what it is.

'Clearly in over his head'

Michelle Obama's speech isn't coming from a place of hatred, but rather concern. A self-professed hater of all things politics, she feels compelled to deliver this message to the people because she 'cares about this nation'.

Michelle Obama addresses the looming controversy surrounding election rigging as it pertains to foreign countries interfering, Trump's push for the removal of mail-in voting, as well as voter suppression in Black communities.

Because right now, folks who know they cannot win fair and square at the ballot box are doing everything they can to stop us from voting.

She implores the people to make the right choice when it comes time to vote in November, meaning a vote for Biden, Obama's former VP.
