Burn Fat And Work Your Abs With This Medicine Ball Workout!

All you need is a medicine ball and a little motivation to work your abs.

To have powerful abs and burn fat it is necessary to vary your workout. Crunches or Russian twists, one can quickly become bored and in addition it’s possible you’re not doing the exercises properly. This is fine because we have a simple workout especially designed for the abs using a medicine ball. What a coincidence!

The abs workout with a medicine ball

Round 1

1. Alternating slams

2. Inverted lunges with bust rotation

3. Raised leg sit ups

Round 2

1. Alternating slams

2. Inverted lunges with bust rotation

3. Raised leg sit ups

Round 3

1. Overhead slams

2. Medicine ball squat

3. Mountain climber

For this last round, do 2 repetitions of each exercise. Then do 4, then 6 and continue until you reach three minutes of working out without pause.
